Webflow Developer – Remote Full‑Time

About the role

We are looking for a highly skilled, design‑focused Webflow Developer to join our fast‑growing, remote‑first team. You will translate high‑fidelity Figma or Adobe XD mockups into pixel‑perfect, conversion‑optimized Webflow sites and own the technical implementation of our marketing and product web properties.

Key responsibilities

• Design and build fully responsive websites and landing pages from scratch using Webflow.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers and marketing teams to ensure accurate technical translation of mockups.
• Create and manage dynamic Webflow CMS collections for scalable content.
• Write clean custom HTML, CSS, and JavaScript when native Webflow features need extensions.
• Audit and optimise sites for speed, accessibility, and SEO.
• Integrate third‑party tools, APIs and analytics platforms such as Zapier, GA4, GTM, and CRM software.
• Conduct cross‑device and cross‑browser testing and maintain site security.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of professional Webflow design and development experience.
• Strong portfolio of live Webflow projects with custom interactions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and ability to work autonomously in a distributed team.

Required skills

• Webflow CMS, custom interactions and animations.
• Figma and Adobe XD for design hand‑off.
• HTML, CSS, JavaScript for custom scripting.
• Client‑First or Relume frameworks.
• Zapier, Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, CRM and API integrations.
