About the role
We are seeking a talented Senior DevOps Engineer to own and evolve our cloud platform. You will make strategic decisions, execute implementations, and deliver reliable outcomes that engineering, product, and security teams can count on.
Key responsibilities
- Design, deliver, and operate infrastructure across multiple AWS accounts and EKS clusters.
- Run production environments with high availability and cost efficiency.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, security, and data teams to build reliable solutions.
- Drive observability, reliability, and developer experience through modern tooling.
- Integrate AI assistants (Claude, Cursor, Copilot, agents) into daily workflows.
Required profile
- 5+ years of relevant DevOps experience.
- Ability to make decisions independently with minimal oversight.
- Clear, concise written and verbal communication across distributed teams.
- Practical fluency with modern AI tools.
- Upper‑Intermediate or advanced English proficiency.
Required skills
- AWS services: EKS, ECS, Lambda, Batch, S3, ECR, RDS, VPC, CloudFront, SNS, SQS, IAM, SCP, Workspaces.
- Kubernetes & orchestration: ArgoCD, Argo Events, Helm, Karpenter, KEDA, Cilium, Linkerd.
- Infrastructure as Code: Terraform.
- Data & streaming: Kafka, Flink, Cassandra, StarRocks, EMR, Valkey, OpenSearch.
- Observability: Prometheus, Mimir, Loki, Tempo, OpenTelemetry, Grafana, Alloy.
- Edge & CDN: Cloudflare, CloudFront.
- Security & access: Vault, Cloudflare Zero Trust, WARP, JumpCloud (SCIM).
- CI/CD & developer tooling: GitLab, ECR, Harbor.
- Service mesh / RPC: gRPC, Protobuf, Linkerd, Cilium.
- Feature‑flag platform: GrowthBook.
