Work-from-Home Customer Support – French Speaking

About the role

We are seeking a bilingual French‑English Customer Support Representative to join our global remote team. In this role you will interact with customers from French‑speaking regions, providing assistance via chat, email and phone, and ensuring each interaction leaves the customer feeling supported and valued.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries in French and English through chat, email and phone.
• Provide step‑by‑step guidance to resolve technical or order‑related issues.
• Record all interactions accurately in the support system.
• Share customer feedback and insights to help improve products and processes.
• Collaborate with a friendly remote team to maintain high service standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of remote or online customer service experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in both French and English.
• Ability to stay calm and solution‑focused under pressure.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce and CRM environments is a plus.
• Reliable high‑speed internet and a quiet workspace for calls.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify or similar ticketing platforms.
• Knowledge of CRM systems.
• Basic computer proficiency (i5 processor or better).
