Remote French Bilingual Customer Support Representative

About the role

We are looking for a Remote French Bilingual Customer Support Representative to assist our global customers via voice calls and live chat. You will use your fluency in French and English to resolve inquiries, track orders, and provide product information, turning frustration into satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver friendly, timely support in French and English through calls and chat.
• Troubleshoot customer issues with a calm, solutions‑first approach.
• Accurately document every interaction in our CRM system.
• Identify recurring trends and share feedback to improve processes.
• Collaborate with team leads and colleagues to stay aligned on priorities.
• Represent the brand with professionalism and cultural sensitivity.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of remote or online customer service experience.
• Fluent in both French and English (written and spoken).
• Ability to work independently in a quiet, dedicated workspace.
• Reliable internet connection (minimum 25 Mbps) and a laptop/desktop with at least an i5 processor.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify, or similar e‑commerce/CRM tools.
