Treasury Manager

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Treasury Manager to lead cash‑flow and liquidity strategy for our operations in the Democratic Republic of Congo and across our agent network. You will ensure smooth money‑transfer services by optimizing cash rebalancing, managing banking relationships and overseeing foreign‑exchange activities.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement cash‑rebalancing solutions across the agent network to improve liquidity and operational efficiency.
• Build and maintain strong partnerships with banking institutions.
• Manage daily banking operations, monitor balances, fees and transaction activity.
• Identify liquidity challenges and develop innovative strategies to meet cash‑flow needs.
• Oversee FX operations with deep knowledge of the Niger forex market.
• Forecast cash requirements and maintain optimal bank balances.
• Manage e‑float creation, destruction and buffer levels.
• Coordinate timely cash collection and deposit by agents.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience in treasury, cash management or related operations.
• Fluent in English and French.
• Work authorization for the Democratic Republic of Congo.
• Strong analytical mindset and data‑driven decision making.

Required skills

• Advanced spreadsheet analysis and charting.
• Experience with cash‑management tools.
• Solid understanding of foreign‑exchange markets.
