Remote French Bilingual Customer Support Representative

About the role

We are looking for a Remote French Bilingual Customer Support Representative to assist our global customers in both French and English. You will handle voice calls and live‑chat interactions, turning inquiries and issues into positive experiences while working from your own home office.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely, friendly support via phone and chat in French and English.
• Troubleshoot customer issues with a calm, solutions‑first approach.
• Accurately document all interactions in our support system.
• Identify recurring trends and share feedback to improve processes.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of remote or online customer service experience.
• Fluent in both French and English, with excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to stay calm and solution‑focused under pressure.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce and CRM environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify, or similar support tools.
• Basic knowledge of CRM systems.
