Part‑time Remote Project Manager

About the role

We are looking for a highly organized and driven Project Manager to lead projects on a part‑time, remote basis. You will be responsible for planning, executing, monitoring and reporting on projects to ensure they are delivered on time, within budget and to client expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Define project scope, goals and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules and budgets.
• Allocate resources, assign tasks and manage project teams.
• Monitor progress, track timelines and budgets, and produce regular status reports.
• Identify, assess and mitigate risks and issues.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration among team members and stakeholders.
• Maintain project documentation and ensure compliance with quality standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Project Manager.
• Strong organizational, time‑management and leadership abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.

• Project‑management tools such as Jira, Asana and Microsoft Project.
