French+English Bilingual Customer Service Representative

About the role

We are looking for a French‑English bilingual professional to join our fully remote customer service team. You will act as the primary point of contact for French‑speaking customers, delivering clear information and solutions through phone calls and live chat.

Key responsibilities

• Provide prompt, friendly support in both French and English, handling a wide range of inquiries.
• Troubleshoot issues calmly and deliver effective resolutions.
• Document every interaction accurately to ensure seamless follow‑up.
• Share customer feedback and insights to help improve our processes and products.
• Collaborate with remote teammates, staying aligned on goals and priorities.

Required profile

• Complete fluency in spoken and written French and English.
• At least one year of remote bilingual customer service experience, preferably in e‑commerce, tech support, or a contact‑center environment.
• Patient, detail‑oriented, and genuinely motivated to help customers.
• Ability to work independently while communicating clearly with a distributed team.

Required skills

• Familiarity with Zendesk.
• Experience with Gorgias.
• Knowledge of Shopify.
