French-English Customer Support Associate

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual French‑English Customer Support Associate to join our global e‑commerce team. You will interact with customers via phone and live chat, providing clear, friendly assistance in both languages.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver timely and accurate support in French and English through calls and chat.
• Troubleshoot customer issues step‑by‑step and guide them to resolution.
• Log every interaction in our ticketing system with precision.
• Identify recurring trends and share feedback to improve processes.
• Collaborate with teammates to stay aligned on priorities and updates.
• Represent the brand professionally, maintaining patience and empathy.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of remote or online customer service experience.
• Fluent written and spoken French and English.
• Calm, solution‑focused attitude under pressure.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce and CRM environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify, or similar support tools.
• Basic knowledge of CRM systems.
