French+English Bilingual Customer Service Representative

About the role

We are looking for a French‑English bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our fully remote team. In this position you will be the trusted voice for our French‑speaking customers, delivering clear information and solutions via phone and live chat while helping to build lasting relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Provide prompt, friendly support in both French and English across voice calls and live chat.
• Troubleshoot issues and resolve customer inquiries with calm, effective problem‑solving.
• Document all interactions accurately to ensure seamless service continuity.
• Share customer feedback and insights to improve processes and products.
• Collaborate with the remote team, staying aligned on goals and priorities.

Required profile

• Fluent in written and spoken French and English.
• At least 1 year of remote bilingual customer service experience, preferably in e‑commerce, tech support or a contact centre.
• Patient, detail‑oriented and able to work independently.

Required skills

• Experience with customer support platforms such as Zendesk, Gorgias or Shopify.
