French-speaking Customer Care Representative – Remote

About the role

TalentWorldGroup is looking for French‑speaking Customer Care Representatives to support a mobile phone rental service provider in France. The position is fully remote and focuses on handling inbound calls, answering customer questions, and ensuring a smooth rental experience. You will work independently within set operating hours while maintaining high service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer support calls related to mobile phone rentals.
• Provide clear, friendly, and professional communication in French and English.
• Resolve customer concerns efficiently and courteously.
• Accurately document each interaction in the internal system.
• Follow established processes and guidelines to maintain service quality.

Required profile

• C2 level proficiency in French and C1 level in English.
• Previous experience in customer support or inbound call handling.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.

Required skills

• Stable wired internet connection (LAN required).
• Desktop or laptop running Windows 11 or macOS 14 (minimum 1.8 GHz processor, 8 GB RAM, 10 GB free disk space).
• Wired USB headset.
