French Bilingual Customer Support Representative (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a French‑English bilingual Customer Support Representative to join our fully remote team. In this role you will be the first point of contact for French‑speaking customers, delivering assistance via phone, live chat and email while upholding our standards of professionalism and care.

Key responsibilities

• Provide top‑tier support in French and English through voice calls and chat sessions.
• Troubleshoot customer issues and deliver effective, customer‑first resolutions.
• Build strong relationships by communicating clearly and empathetically.
• Collaborate with teammates to ensure consistent, high‑quality service.
• Gather and relay customer feedback to improve tools and processes.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of remote or online experience in customer service.
• Fluent in both French and English, written and spoken.
• Calm, solution‑focused attitude under pressure.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce and CRM environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify or similar support platforms.
• Basic proficiency with CRM systems.
