ERP Specialist (SAP) – Implementation & Support

About the role

We are seeking an experienced ERP Specialist to lead the implementation of a new SAP system for our client in Niger. You will work closely with internal teams, external consultants, and SAP vendors to ensure a successful deployment and smooth transition for end‑users.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the rollout of SAP across relevant departments.
• Configure, test, and validate SAP modules according to business requirements.
• Develop and deliver training programs to promote user adoption.
• Provide ongoing technical and functional support, including troubleshooting and issue resolution.
• Monitor system performance and recommend enhancements.
• Assist with data migration, system integration, and process optimisation.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of configurations, processes, and user guides.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for SAP‑related queries in Niger.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Systems or a related field.
• Proven experience in SAP implementation, configuration and support.
• Strong problem‑solving and communication abilities.
• Fluency in French; English is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
