Egocentric Video Data Collector (Remote Contract)

About the role

We are seeking self‑motivated individuals to record first‑person (egocentric) video footage of everyday activities. The captured video will be used to train next‑generation AI models and humanoid robots. Work is fully remote and you will be provided with head‑mounted devices or can use your own smartphone.

Key responsibilities

• Wear a head strap or smart glasses and record raw POV video of routine tasks such as cleaning, organizing, or other daily activities.
• Follow strict technical guidelines, including stable lighting, landscape orientation, specific resolution (1080p at 30/60 FPS), and camera angles.
• Upload unedited video files and complete short metadata forms on the project portal within the agreed timeframe.
• Collaborate with the Quality Assurance team and re‑record clips if they do not meet framing or duration requirements.

Required profile

• Access to a functional residential or workspace environment where you can perform daily tasks.
• Ability to follow detailed recording rules (hands visible, no mirrors or reflections, steady framing).
• Privacy‑conscious: ensure no faces, personal IDs, or sensitive data are captured.
• Self‑starter capable of delivering 4–20 hours of usable footage over the project timeline.
