Data, Economic & Impact Analyst (Non-Key Expert)

About the role

NTU International is seeking a qualified Non‑Key Expert to provide data and economic analysis, monitoring and evaluation, impact assessment, evidence synthesis, indicator monitoring and results reporting for the Africa‑EU Space Partnership Programme.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct data and economic analyses to support programme objectives.
• Perform monitoring, evaluation and impact assessments, including quantitative and qualitative analysis.
• Synthesize evidence and compile data for dashboards and performance reports.
• Monitor indicators and produce results reporting for stakeholders.

Required profile

• University degree (minimum three years) in statistics, economics, data analytics, social sciences or related field.
• Excellent command of English; working knowledge of French and/or Portuguese is an asset.
• At least three years of professional experience in data analysis, economic analysis, surveys, reporting or indicator monitoring.
• Minimum one year of experience supporting MEL, evaluation or impact assessment, including evidence synthesis and dashboard preparation.
