Multitasking Superhero – Remote Sales & Admin Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a highly motivated, fast‑moving professional who can juggle sales outreach and administrative support from a home office. As a key member of the BIRDY team, you will help private‑jet clients schedule flights while keeping our sales pipeline healthy.

Key responsibilities

• Call warm leads to pre‑qualify prospects and schedule appointments.
• Provide multi‑faceted administrative support to the sales team.
• Prepare and update sales and digital‑marketing reports.
• Maintain databases tracking prospects, clients, and deal information.
• Draft written communications that establish credibility for yourself and the team.
• Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of proven sales experience.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to work independently.
• Excellent verbal communication and a friendly, outgoing demeanor.
• Comfortable working remotely with a private home office.
• Self‑motivated, resilient under pressure, and willing to ask clarifying questions.
