Account Manager – eCommerce & Payments

About the role

We are looking for an Account Manager to serve as the primary liaison between Saucal and its eCommerce clients. You will ensure superior customer service, drive account growth and manage relationships with clients using payment processors such as PayPal and Stripe.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the lead point of contact for all client account matters and maintain long‑lasting relationships.
• Deliver solutions that meet client needs and objectives, ensuring timely implementation.
• Identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities, develop new business within existing accounts and collaborate with the sales team to meet revenue targets.
• Provide regular account reporting, progress updates and performance forecasts to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate project activities across internal teams to guarantee consistent service delivery.
• Address client concerns promptly, resolve issues and maintain high satisfaction levels.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager or similar role.
• Background in eCommerce and familiarity with online payment processors.
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously with attention to detail.
