French-English Customer Support Associate

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual French-English Customer Support Associate to join our global e-commerce team. You will interact with customers from Spanish-speaking regions via phone and live chat, delivering friendly, accurate assistance in both languages.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely support in French and English through calls and chat.
• Troubleshoot customer issues and guide them step-by-step to resolution.
• Log every interaction accurately in our CRM system.
• Identify recurring trends and share feedback to improve processes.
• Collaborate with teammates to stay aligned on priorities and updates.
• Represent the brand with professionalism, patience, and empathy.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of remote customer service or similar experience.
• Fluent written and spoken French and English.
• Calm and solution-focused under pressure.
• Familiarity with e-commerce and CRM environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, or similar ticketing platforms.
• Knowledge of Shopify or other e-commerce platforms.
