About the role
Join Siemens Healthineers to drive growth of Digital Oncology FullScale solutions across the APJ region. You will lead technical and commercial sales execution for IT infrastructure, managed services, and cloud‑based offerings, focusing on high‑growth markets such as India.
Key responsibilities
- Own sales execution for Digital Oncology FullScale solutions, including Select, Essentials, and Cloud offerings.
- Provide technical sales support and up‑skill zone teams as DO champions.
- Lead technical and commercial scoping, pricing, and deal structuring for FullScale opportunities.
- Partner with APJ Cloud Solutions Marketing Manager, APJ DO Sales Manager, and zone teams to accelerate pipeline conversion.
- Conduct customer discussions on IT architecture, managed services, compliance, and lifecycle value.
- Coordinate with Professional Services, Implementation, and Customer Success to ensure successful delivery.
- Deliver FullScale sales training and enablement for zone sales and distributor teams.
- Plan sales volumes, maintain CRM data for forecasts, and report on sales and revenue metrics.
- Analyze market needs and contribute to product development and after‑sales service initiatives.
Required profile
- Proven experience in technical sales of IT infrastructure, managed services, and cloud solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross‑functional teams and drive complex sales cycles.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience in pricing, deal structuring, and pipeline management.
- Familiarity with the APJ market, especially high‑growth regions such as India.
