Web Analytics Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Web Analytics Specialist to turn raw data into actionable insights that drive our digital strategy. You will work closely with marketing and development teams to ensure accurate tracking, analyze user behavior, and recommend optimisations that improve conversion rates and ROI.

Key responsibilities

• Configure and maintain analytics platforms such as Google Analytics 4, Adobe Analytics, and tag management systems like Google Tag Manager.
• Analyse traffic patterns, user journeys, and conversion funnels to uncover optimisation opportunities.
• Build and maintain clear dashboards and reports using Looker Studio, Data Studio, Tableau, or similar tools.
• Collaborate on A/B and multivariate testing to enhance user experience and increase conversions.
• Conduct regular audits of tracking implementations, identify data gaps, and resolve issues.
• Provide proactive, data‑driven recommendations to improve digital marketing effectiveness.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of hands‑on experience in web analytics, data analysis, or digital marketing analytics.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into clear narratives.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
