Strategy & Integrated Programs Director

About the role

World Vision is seeking a senior leader to drive the implementation of its Strategy and Integrated Programme model in Niger. The role will guide program delivery, strengthen partnerships, and ensure the organization remains a preferred partner for improving the wellbeing of vulnerable children and communities.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the execution of World Vision Niger’s strategy and delivery model, aligning with global priorities.
• Manage internal and external relationships with donors, partners, technical networks, and support offices.
• Oversee operational and programmatic planning, ensuring effectiveness and sustainability.
• Drive innovation, succession planning, and evidence‑based impact measurement.
• Ensure compliance with World Vision policies, standards, and stakeholder accountability.

Required profile

• Minimum five years of experience in senior program or project management roles.
• Proven experience in emergency response, business continuity, and crisis management.
• Track record of preparing proposals for development agencies.
• Strong strategic, analytical, and negotiation skills.
• Fluent in English and French, with excellent written and oral communication.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Windows operating system.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
