Social Media Manager / Content Creator (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a creative, results‑driven Social Media Manager and Content Creator to elevate our brand’s digital presence. You will act as a digital storyteller, responsible for conceiving, filming, editing, and publishing engaging content across all social platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a monthly content calendar aligned with brand goals.
• Film high‑quality videos and capture photos using a smartphone or professional camera.
• Edit reels, TikToks, and static posts with video editing tools.
• Monitor all social channels, respond to comments/DMs, and nurture community engagement.
• Track reach, engagement and conversion metrics and deliver monthly performance reports.
• Stay current with platform algorithms, trends and viral audio to keep content relevant.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience as a Social Media Manager, Content Creator or similar role, with a strong portfolio.
• Excellent written and spoken English and strong storytelling ability.
• Reliable power backup (inverter, generator or solar) and stable high‑speed internet.
• High‑performance laptop and a smartphone with a quality camera.

Required skills

• Proficiency with video editing software such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere or Canva.
• Graphic design capabilities using Canva or similar tools.
