Responsable des Achats Intersection (F/H) – Basé.e au Niger

About the role

MSF is seeking a Responsable des Achats Intersection to lead procurement activities for its intersection projects across several health districts in Niger. The role is critical to maintaining the flow of medical supplies and equipment in a context where border closures and regional security challenges affect the humanitarian supply chain.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee procurement processes for intersection activities in districts such as Magaria, Agadez, Diffa, Tillabéry, Madarounfa and Madaoua.
• Coordinate with local health authorities and MSF sections to ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Monitor and mitigate supply‑chain disruptions caused by border closures and complex cross‑border relations.
• Ensure compliance with MSF procurement policies and humanitarian standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience in procurement or supply‑chain management, preferably in humanitarian or health settings.
• Ability to work in insecure environments and adapt to rapidly changing security conditions.
• Strong collaboration skills to work with multiple MSF sections and local partners.
