Remote French-English Customer Support Representative

About the role

We are looking for a motivated individual to join our global support team, providing assistance to customers in both French and English. This fully remote position allows you to work from anywhere while helping customers resolve technical and order‑related issues.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via chat, email, and phone in French and English.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in remote or online customer service.
• Fluent written and spoken French and English.

• Familiarity with e‑commerce and CRM environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify, or similar support tools.
• Basic knowledge of CRM systems.
