Remote French Bilingual Customer Support Representative

About the role

We are looking for a Remote French Bilingual Customer Support Representative to assist our global customers in both French and English. You will handle voice calls and live‑chat inquiries, turning challenges into positive experiences while working from your own home office.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely, friendly support via phone and chat in French and English.
• Troubleshoot customer issues with a solutions‑first mindset.
• Document all interactions accurately in our CRM system.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of remote or online customer service experience.
• Fluent in both French and English, written and spoken.
• Calm and solution‑focused under pressure.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, or Shopify (or similar tools).
• Basic proficiency with CRM systems.
