Product Designer – UX/UI for AI‑Powered Short‑Term Rental Platform

About the role

Base360.ai is building an AI‑driven platform that simplifies short‑term rental operations. We are looking for an ambitious UX/UI Product Designer to turn complex workflows into beautiful, intuitive experiences for property managers, operational teams, and guests.

Key responsibilities

• Own design from problem definition and user research through prototypes, final interfaces and implementation reviews.
• Speak with operators and internal teams to understand pain points and translate them into clear user journeys.
• Turn complex requirements into wireframes and polished interfaces, building reusable components for a coherent design system.
• Collaborate closely with engineers to ensure designs work with real data, edge cases and technical constraints.
• Test ideas early, incorporate feedback, and iterate on experiences after launch.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate exploration while maintaining high design standards.
• Identify problems, propose solutions and drive them to completion with high ownership.

Required profile

• Strong portfolio demonstrating both UX thinking and excellent visual design.
• Experience designing SaaS products, dashboards, or applications with complex workflows.
• Proficiency with Figma, including auto‑layout, components, design systems and interactive prototyping.
• Excellent judgement in typography, spacing, hierarchy, colour and responsive design.
• Ability to simplify complex information without hiding essential details.
• Experience working directly with engineers and seeing designs through to production.
• Clear communication skills and constructive response to feedback.
• High ownership, attention to detail and comfort with evolving requirements.
