Premium Cash Officer

About the role

As a Premium Cash Officer you will oversee daily cash operations for our Premium Agency, ensuring smooth service delivery and strict liquidity management. You will work directly with customers and agents, building strong relationships while safeguarding cash assets.

Key responsibilities

• Manage cash inflows and outflows between the Safe and PCA accounts.
• Conduct end‑of‑day bill counting and produce daily statements.
• Record all cash‑management transactions accurately in the treasury system.
• Request sufficient funds promptly to maintain balance with agents and clients.
• Coordinate cash‑in‑transit activities and report any discrepancies.
• Identify and report counterfeit bills to management.
• Maintain office security, furniture, and material usage, escalating issues when needed.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience in cash handling, reconciliation, or liquidity management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in French.
• Previous front‑office customer service or banking experience.
• Highly vigilant, detail‑oriented and possess strong integrity.
• Self‑starter attitude with the ability to own projects and escalate problems appropriately.
