French+English Bilingual Customer Service Representative

About the role

We are looking for a French‑English bilingual professional to join our fully remote customer support team. In this position you will be the trusted voice for our French‑speaking customers, delivering prompt assistance via phone and live chat while helping to build lasting brand loyalty.

Key responsibilities

• Provide friendly, accurate support in both French and English across multiple channels.
• Troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and deliver effective solutions.
• Document every interaction in the support platform to maintain a complete service history.
• Gather and share customer feedback to improve processes and products.
• Collaborate with remote teammates to stay aligned on goals and priorities.

Required profile

• Fluent written and spoken French and English.
• Minimum 1 year of remote bilingual customer service experience, preferably in e‑commerce, tech support, or a contact‑center environment.
• Patient, detail‑oriented, and self‑motivated with strong communication skills.
• Reliable home office setup with a PC (i5 or higher), stable 25 Mbps internet, and a quiet workspace.

Required skills

• Experience with customer support platforms such as Zendesk, Gorgias, or Shopify.
