French+English Bilingual Customer Service Representative

About the role

We are looking for a French‑English bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our fully remote team. In this position you will be the primary point of contact for French‑speaking customers, delivering assistance through phone calls and live chat while upholding our brand’s reputation for quality support.

Key responsibilities

• Provide prompt, courteous assistance in both French and English via voice and chat channels.
• Troubleshoot customer issues, identify root causes and deliver effective solutions.
• Document all interactions accurately in the support system.
• Gather and relay customer feedback to help improve products and processes.
• Collaborate with teammates and supervisors to align on priorities and share best practices.

Required profile

• Fluent in spoken and written French and English.
• Minimum 1 year of remote bilingual customer service experience, preferably in e‑commerce, tech support or a contact‑center environment.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities, patience and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and communicate clearly within a distributed team.

Required skills

• Experience with customer support platforms such as Zendesk, Gorgias or Shopify.
