French+English Bilingual Customer Service Representative

About the role

We are looking for a fluent French-English speaker to join our fully remote customer service team. In this position you will be the primary point of contact for French‑speaking customers, delivering assistance through phone calls and live chat while upholding our brand’s standards of trust and quality.

Key responsibilities

• Provide prompt, courteous support in both French and English via voice and chat.
• Troubleshoot customer issues, identify root causes and deliver effective solutions.
• Document each interaction accurately in our support system.
• Gather and relay customer feedback to improve products and processes.
• Collaborate with teammates and managers to align on goals and share best practices.

Required profile

• Native‑level fluency in French and English, written and spoken.
• Minimum 1 year of remote bilingual customer service experience, preferably in e‑commerce or tech support.
• Strong problem‑solving attitude, patience and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a quiet home office.

Required skills

• Experience with customer support platforms such as Zendesk, Gorgias or Shopify.
