French & English Bilingual Customer Support Specialist (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a fluent French and English speaker to join our fully remote customer support team. In this non‑voice position you will handle customer inquiries via chat and email, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for each user.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely, professional assistance through chat and email in both French and English.
• Address customer questions, order issues, and general concerns.
• Troubleshoot problems and deliver clear, accurate solutions.
• Document interactions and keep records up to date.
• Collaborate with teammates to maintain consistent service quality.
• Share feedback to improve processes and the overall customer journey.

Required profile

• Fluent written and reading comprehension in French and English.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience (e‑commerce experience is a plus).
• Strong attention to detail and excellent written communication.
• Ability to manage multiple conversations simultaneously.
• Proactive, solution‑oriented mindset.

Required skills

• Experience with support platforms such as Zendesk, Gorgias, or Shopify.
