Feature Analyst – Payments Operations (SWIFT, Cross‑Border & Forex)

About the role

We are looking for a Feature Analyst to drive enhancements in our payments ecosystem, focusing on SWIFT messaging, cross‑border transactions and foreign‑exchange operations. The role bridges business needs and technical delivery, ensuring robust, compliant financial solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Gather, analyse and document business and functional requirements for payment systems.
• Translate requirements into user stories, process flows and functional specifications.
• Collaborate with development, QA and product teams to deliver features related to SWIFT, cross‑border and Forex.
• Support system integration, user‑acceptance testing and implementation activities.
• Identify process improvements and recommend solutions for payment and Forex operations.
• Ensure compliance with banking regulations and payment standards.
• Act as liaison between business users and technical teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, IT, Business or related field.
• 3–6 years of experience as a Feature or Business Analyst in banking or financial services.
• Strong knowledge of SWIFT (MT/MX) messaging and international payment flows.
• Hands‑on exposure to cross‑border payments and Forex processes.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments.
