About the role

TalentPop is seeking a bilingual French‑English Customer Support Specialist to join its fully remote team. In this non‑voice position you will handle customer inquiries via chat and email, ensuring clear communication and swift problem resolution. The role is ideal for candidates who enjoy written interaction and delivering thoughtful support.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely, professional assistance through chat and email in both French and English.
• Address customer questions, order issues, and general concerns.
• Troubleshoot problems and deliver accurate solutions.
• Document interactions and keep records up to date.
• Collaborate with teammates to maintain consistent, high‑quality support.
• Share feedback to improve processes and the overall customer experience.

Required profile

• Fluent reading and writing in French and English.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience (e‑commerce a plus).
• Strong attention to detail and written communication skills.
• Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple conversations simultaneously.
• Proactive, solution‑oriented mindset.
