Agent Liquidity Lead – Niger

About the role

We are looking for an Agent Liquidity Lead to manage agent liquidity and cash operations across Niger. You will ensure that cash availability for agents and customers meets demand cost‑effectively while maintaining strict security and service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Build and lead a team to support Wave’s fast‑growing agent network in Niger.
• Monitor nationwide liquidity status, identify priority areas and devise innovative solutions.
• Plan and coordinate cash logistics among agents, banks, cash‑in‑transit firms and premium agents to achieve optimal monthly cash flow.
• Maintain compliance with security standards, report challenges promptly and ensure SLA adherence.
• Manage the agent network to minimise liquidity distress and continuously improve processes.

Required profile

• Fluency in English, French and a local language.
• 5+ years experience in cash movements, cash‑in‑transit or treasury.
• 2+ years experience managing a team.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Management or a comparable field.
• Willingness to travel up to 50 % of the time within Niger and strong integrity.

• Proficiency with Excel.
• Proficiency with Google Sheets.
