About the role
We are looking for an optimistic Sales Development Representative who is passionate about delivering exceptional value to our clients. The SDR will focus on top‑of‑funnel revenue growth by researching prospects, qualifying leads, and setting up meetings for senior sales professionals.
Key responsibilities
- Research and identify key decision‑makers across international markets.
- Execute high‑volume outbound outreach via cold calls, personalized emails, and LinkedIn messaging.
- Qualify prospects using predefined methodologies to assess needs, budget, and buying readiness.
- Schedule discovery calls and product demonstrations for Account Executives.
- Maintain accurate records of outreach activities, call notes, and pipeline stages in a CRM.
- Provide continuous feedback on prospect objections, market trends, and competitor activity.
Required profile
- Degree certificate in a related field.
- 3‑5 years of proven experience in outbound sales, lead generation, business development, telesales, or customer acquisition.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
- High‑speed, reliable internet connection with backup power supply.
- Highly organized, self‑motivated, and target‑driven.
Required skills
- Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce.
- Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot.
