Remote French-English Customer Support Representative

About the role

We are seeking a bilingual French-English Customer Support Representative to join our global e-commerce team. Working fully remotely, you will interact with customers in French and English, turning inquiries into positive experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer questions via chat, email and phone in French and English.
• Provide step-by-step guidance to resolve technical, order-related or account issues.
• Document interactions accurately in our support platform.
• Share feedback and insights to help improve products and processes.
• Collaborate with a friendly remote team to ensure consistent service quality.

Required profile

• At least one year of remote or online customer service experience.
• Fluent written and spoken French and English.
• Strong communication skills and calm, solution-focused attitude under pressure.
• Familiarity with e-commerce and CRM environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify or similar support tools.
• Basic knowledge of CRM systems.
