Remote French Bilingual Customer Support Representative

About the role

We are looking for a friendly, bilingual professional to join our remote team as a French‑English Customer Support Representative. In this role you will assist customers from French‑speaking regions via phone and live chat, turning inquiries and issues into positive experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely, courteous support in both French and English through calls and chat.
• Troubleshoot product, order and technical issues with a solutions‑first mindset.
• Document every interaction accurately in our CRM system.
• Identify recurring problems and share insights to improve processes.
• Collaborate with team leads and peers to stay aligned on priorities.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of remote or online customer service experience.
• Fluent verbal and written French and English.
• Calm under pressure and focused on delivering solutions.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk or similar ticketing platforms.
• Knowledge of Shopify or comparable e‑commerce tools.
• Basic proficiency with CRM systems.
