About the role

We are seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Manager to lead the design, implementation, and ongoing management of our organization’s IT environment. The role ensures that servers, networks, storage, and cloud systems operate reliably, securely, and efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, implement, and manage IT infrastructure including servers, networks, storage, and cloud platforms.
• Ensure high availability, performance, and security of all IT systems.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Manage backups, disaster recovery plans, and business continuity initiatives.
• Oversee hardware and software installations, upgrades, and maintenance.
• Enforce IT policies, standards, and security protocols.
• Collaborate with vendors and service providers.
• Lead and support IT support staff and technical teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in IT infrastructure or system administration.
• Strong problem‑solving and leadership abilities.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
