Egocentric Video Data Collector

About the role

We are seeking self‑motivated individuals to capture first‑person video footage of everyday activities. The recordings will be used to train next‑generation AI models and humanoid robots. You will work remotely, wearing a head‑mounted smartphone or smart glasses while performing routine tasks such as cleaning, organizing, or other household chores.

Key responsibilities

• Record raw, first‑person (POV) video of meaningful daily tasks in a realistic residential or workspace environment.
• Wear the provided head strap or smart glasses to keep hands and objects in view while maintaining stable lighting and framing.
• Follow strict technical specifications regarding resolution, orientation, camera angle, and avoidance of mirrors or other people’s faces.
• Upload unedited video files and complete short metadata forms on the project portal within the agreed deadlines.
• Collaborate with the Quality Assurance team and re‑record clips that do not meet framing or duration requirements.

Required profile

• Access to a modern smartphone capable of 1080p video at 30 or 60 FPS.
• Suitable residential or workspace where daily activities can be performed safely.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise recording guidelines.
• Awareness of privacy concerns; must avoid capturing faces, personal documents, or sensitive data.
• Self‑starter able to commit 4–20 hours of usable footage over the project timeline.
