French Customer Support Specialist (Bilingual FR/EN | Non-Voice/Blended | Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual French‑English Customer Support Specialist to join our fully remote team. In this non‑voice position you will assist customers through chat and email, ensuring clear communication and swift resolution of inquiries.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely, professional support via chat and email in both French and English.
• Assist customers with order questions, general concerns, and troubleshooting.
• Document interactions accurately and maintain up‑to‑date records.
• Collaborate with teammates to deliver consistent, high‑quality service.
• Share feedback to improve processes and the overall customer experience.

Required profile

• Fluent reading and writing in French and English.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in e‑commerce.
• Strong written communication, attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple conversations.
• Organised, reliable and solution‑oriented.

Required skills

• Experience with support platforms such as Zendesk, Gorgias or Shopify.
