Agent Admin Officer

About the role

We are looking for an Agent Admin Officer to support our Agent Operations team in Niamey. You will handle administrative tasks, coordinate supplies, and ensure agents are managed according to our policies.

Key responsibilities

• Support the agent office and field operations teams from the head office.
• Assist agent team managers with recruitment and management of agents following internal policies.
• Track agent and client issues, make outbound calls to collect data, and compile reports.
• Request, dispatch, and monitor the usage of agent‑related supplies and merchandising material.
• Maintain agent contracts and keep system information up‑to‑date.
• Liaise with field teams for planning, supply distribution, and recovery of documents, equipment, and branding after agent termination.
• Provide basic training on administrative matters to field teams.

Required profile

• Highly organized with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Work authorization in Niger.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with agents and internal teams.
