Video Game Composer

About the role

We are looking for a visionary Video Game Composer to create dynamic, immersive scores that elevate our upcoming titles. Working remotely, you will shape the sonic identity of our games, crafting thematic material that aligns with narrative, characters and environments.

Key responsibilities

• Compose and produce original high‑quality musical scores, from ambient tracks to combat and cinematic themes.
• Develop interactive, adaptive music layers that respond to player actions and changing in‑game environments.
• Collaborate with narrative designers, producers and sound designers to ensure music complements mood and pacing.
• Integrate musical assets into game engines and audio middleware (Wwise, FMOD) ensuring seamless loops and transitions.
• Iterate quickly on musical ideas based on feedback and playtesting.
• Manage asset organization, labeling and delivery according to technical specifications.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of professional experience composing music for video games with a diverse portfolio.
• Fully equipped home studio capable of delivering studio‑standard audio.
• Strong communication skills for virtual collaboration and ability to meet tight deadlines.

Required skills

• Proficiency with DAWs such as Logic Pro, Cubase, Ableton or Pro Tools.
• Experience integrating music using Wwise or FMOD.
• Familiarity with Unity or Unreal Engine.
• Deep knowledge of music theory, orchestration and high‑quality virtual instrument libraries.
