Social Media & Community Growth Assistant (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a creative, organized, and motivated Social Media & Community Growth Assistant to support O.J. Beer’s digital presence. The role is fully remote and will help grow and engage our online community across multiple platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in planning and scheduling social media content.
• Support follower growth and engagement on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn and other channels.
• Monitor comments, messages and community interactions.
• Research trends, hashtags, competitor activity and content opportunities.
• Help create posts, reels, stories and campaign ideas.
• Track basic performance metrics and suggest improvements.

Required profile

• Experience or strong interest in social media marketing.
• Good understanding of major social media platforms.
• Strong writing and communication skills.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail.
• Reliable internet connection and own computer.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setup.
