Sales Executive – Pharmaceutical Field Sales

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Sales Executive to join our pharmaceutical team and promote derma and antibiotic products across multiple territories in Nepal. You will work directly with doctors, pharmacists and other healthcare professionals, building relationships and supporting the growth of our product portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Product Detailing: Learn and present approved product information to doctors, pharmacists and healthcare professionals.
• Territory Coverage: Plan and execute visits to doctors, chemists and hospitals according to guidance.
• Sales Support: Contribute to achieving monthly sales targets through ethical promotion and relationship building.
• Market Intelligence: Gather prescription data, competitor insights and share reports with the manager.
• Compliance: Follow company SOPs and Nepal DDA regulations for ethical promotion.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (Science/Pharmacy preferred; Business acceptable).
• Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of experience in pharmaceutical sales.
• Good communication skills and willingness to learn.
• Valid two‑wheeler license and readiness for field travel.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of dermatology and antibiotic therapies (training provided).
