Industrial Auditor

About the role

Niger-Lait S.A. is seeking an experienced Industrial Auditor to oversee the full spectrum of its food‑and‑beverage production processes. The role involves auditing everything from raw‑material receipt to final distribution, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and cost control.

Key responsibilities

• Audit all production and operational processes across the plant.
• Control the flow of raw materials, finished goods, and inventory.
• Review and assess production, quality, maintenance, and safety procedures.
• Identify operational, financial, and industrial risks.
• Verify compliance with internal procedures and controls.
• Analyse variances, losses, consumption rates, and production yields.
• Recommend corrective actions and monitor their implementation.
• Implement mechanisms to improve traceability, efficiency, and cost management.

Required profile

• Proven experience in industrial audit, internal control, or operations control.
• Strong background in the Food & Beverage or dairy manufacturing sector.
• Deep understanding of industrial and production processes.
• Excellent analytical, control, and reporting capabilities.
• High integrity, rigor, independence, and attention to detail.
