Director of Nursing

About the role

The Network Director of Nursing is a senior clinical leader responsible for driving operational excellence, patient safety, and workforce development across CURE International’s network of pediatric surgical hospitals.

Key responsibilities

• Lead nursing leadership and governance across all network hospitals.
• Design and deliver training and capacity‑building programs for nursing staff.
• Oversee patient safety initiatives, quality assurance, and compliance with clinical standards.
• Ensure consistent EMR utilization, data integrity, and reporting across sites.
• Plan workforce needs, staffing models, and recruitment strategies.
• Optimize patient flow and coordination to improve care efficiency.

Required profile

• Proven senior nursing leadership experience in a multi‑site or international setting.
• Strong commitment to patient‑centered, spiritually grounded care.
• Ability to collaborate with hospital and ministry leadership.
• Experience in quality improvement, safety programs, and data‑driven decision making.
• Willingness to travel regularly to network hospitals.
