About the role

Join a global, fully remote team as a French‑English Customer Support Representative. You will engage with customers in French and English, turning inquiries into positive experiences while helping them navigate technical or order‑related issues.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer questions via chat, email, and phone in both French and English.

Required profile

• At least one year of remote or online experience in customer service or a similar role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in French and English.

• Fluency in both French and English.

Required skills

• Familiarity with Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify, or comparable support tools.
• Experience with e‑commerce platforms and CRM systems.
