Social Media Manager / Content Creator

About the role

We are seeking a creative, results‑driven Social Media Manager and Content Creator to elevate our brand’s digital presence. The role involves conceiving, shooting, editing and publishing engaging content across all social platforms while building an active community.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a monthly content calendar aligned with brand goals.
• Film high‑quality videos and capture photos using a smartphone or professional camera.
• Edit reels, TikToks and static posts using video editing and design tools.
• Monitor all social channels, respond to comments and direct messages, and foster community engagement.
• Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversion) and deliver monthly reports with actionable insights.
• Stay up‑to‑date with platform algorithms, trends and viral audio to keep content relevant.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience as a Social Media Manager, Content Creator or similar digital marketing role, with a strong portfolio.
• Reliable alternative power supply (inverter, generator or solar) and stable high‑speed internet connection.
• High‑functioning laptop capable of running editing software smoothly and a smartphone with a high‑quality camera.
• Excellent written and spoken English, strong storytelling ability and solid time‑management skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with mobile/desktop video editing software such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere.
• Graphic design skills using tools like Canva.
