SEO/SEM Specialist (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a data‑driven SEO/SEM Specialist to lead both organic and paid search initiatives for our digital presence. Working remotely, you will shape keyword strategies, optimise website content, and manage PPC campaigns to maximise ROI and boost visibility across major search engines.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct ongoing keyword research, discovery, expansion and optimisation to drive organic traffic.
• Optimise website content, meta tags, landing pages and site architecture for SEO and user experience.
• Perform technical SEO audits (site speed, crawlability, indexing, broken links) and collaborate with developers to implement fixes.
• Launch, monitor and optimise paid search campaigns on Google Ads and Bing Ads, focusing on cost‑per‑acquisition and ROI.
• Develop and execute link‑building strategies to increase domain authority.
• Track, report and analyse website analytics (GA4), PPC performance and SEO metrics, providing actionable insights.
• Research competitor advertising, keyword tactics and overall search presence.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media or a related field.
• 3‑5 years proven experience as an SEO/SEM Specialist with a portfolio of successful campaigns.
• Strong understanding of current search engine algorithms, ranking factors and AI‑driven search trends.
• Reliable internet connection with backup to ensure zero downtime.
