Remote French-English Customer Support Representative

About the role

Join a global, fully remote team as a French‑English Customer Support Representative. You will be the first point of contact for customers, helping them resolve issues and ensuring a positive experience.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries in French and English via chat, email, and phone.

Required profile

Required skills

• Familiarity with Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify or similar support tools.
• Basic knowledge of e‑commerce and CRM systems.
